Nepal Prism Export respects your privacy and is committed to safe guarding it. We will not share with any third party personally identifiable information relating to your personal interests that you might disclose on our company.

We do not expose our all the new designs in our website due to our company privacy and policy. If you and your company are really keen interested in our products and would like to see our seasonable new collections and designs, we can provide you the operating user name and password.

We run our e-business with International Standard. We are strictly committed to maintain privacy and secrecy of our valuable customers. At current, payment is possible through banking transfer or any money transfer but we heartily accept International recognized cards if you are in Nepal only.

Sample Policy

Nepal Prism Export offers a sample of a variety of products. These samples may be delivered to the customer accordingly:

  1. By charging: Cost of shipping charge as well as cost of product must be paid by the client.
  2. Free of cost: Certain products are free of cost. Shipping charge has to be paid by the client or on a freight-collect basis.

Discount Policy

Nepal Prism Export has no ‘uniform’ discount policy of its products. Certain products are on discount seasonally and on order volume. For details on discounts please email us at nepalprism@email.com we will advise you concerning your order.

Return Policy

You must notify us concerning a problem within Ten (10) days of receiving the order. Please Note that products color may vary slightly from that displayed on the website due to differences in computer color resolution. Returned items must be in saleable condition or no refund will be sent. A refund check will be sent for the cost of the item, minus shipping charges.

Occasionally, a package is damaged in transit. We will replace items that arrive in a damaged condition. To receive credit for such a package, you must contact the post office and verify the damage in writing. You must send the package (including all packing materials and box) to receive an exchange.. We are not responsible for items lost in the shipment. You may buy insurance for any shipment.
